silver jewellery??

I need the exact same jewellery piece as this link shows http://www.fhinds.co.uk/Jewellery/Titanium_Jewellery/Titanium_Ace_of_Spaces_Pendant_and_Chain.html The ace of spades. However i have a silver blank pendant instead of titanium and the design shown actually goes through the metal which is what i want. Anyone have any ideas who could do this and what i ask for?? I dont know what to call it! Its not embossing is it??? cos that only scratches the surface?? I'm really stuck please help also if anyone knows any companies that would do this?? Its kind of like a stencil that punched through the metal i suppose....

1. Titanium is impossible to cut through without special cutters. You can go to those stalls in the middle of the mall and some of them can do it for you. The little A and the spade is made by etching, I don't know what the big spade is called. Just show them a picture.
